Starting with his first gas station in the early 90’s, he quickly started developing more gas stations, later expanding into hotels, shopping centers, multi-family, and QSR developments and investments.

Graduate from Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business and a licensed real estate agent, Shan has an eye for securing new deals to expand The Aly Group portfolio. From securing deals to managing properties, leases, and tenants, he wants to be hands on with every aspect of the business. He not only dreams big, but works hard to achieve it.

Graduate from Mercer University’s Scheller College of Business majoring in Marketing and Business Management, Faiz knows how to market and present. Having experience working with top corporate companies in the game like Mercedes-Benz and Home Depot, he knows what a business needs to excel in the market. He is the founder of Aly+ Media, known for digital marketing.
